Credit Controller (Planned Payments)Larbert   £16500 per annum

Due to continuing success and substansial growth, we are currently recruiting for an additional Planned Payment Credit Controller for a market leading organisation in Larbert.

The responsibilities of this role are:

- Monitor and review planned payment accounts, within designated area, ensuring that direct debits are increased as required after discussions with the customer.
- Ensure year end balance is settled or agree a proposed payment plan over a specified period.
- Identify potential problems and implement solutions.
- Ensure all held orders are released in a timely manner.
- Prepare for monthly performance review.

To succeed, you will need to demonstrate the following skills/experience:

- Credit Control experience required
- Proven ability to achieve targets set.
- The ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent IT skills required.
- The ability to work as an individual and part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and self motivated
