Test and Run Technician/Fitter Falkirk (Town)   dependent on experience

My client based in Falkirk area are currently looking for a Test and run Technician/Fitter

Duties:

• Overall responsibility for ensuring that a high proportion of Depot equipment is available for hire and is certified safe to use at all times

• Inspection, testing and appropriate repairs of the Depots hire equipment fleet

• Completion of all Test Certificates and associated inspection paperwork

• Visiting Customer sites when required to repair faulty hire equipment and carry out safety demonstrations

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Depots equipment for hire/sale including full knowledge of accessory, safety and test & run requirements

• Keeping the workshop and all Depot storage areas safe tidy and well organised

Experience/Qualifications:

• Technical/engineering background helpful

• Specialise in welding and engineering so general knowledge of welders etc would be an advantage
