RESTAURANT MANAGER £22,000
Our client is a leading hotel operator with 3/4 star properties across the UK.
We are recruiting on their behalf for an Experienced Restaurant Manager for their stunning hotel restaurant.

This position will require you to lead, train and motivate a team of approx 20.You will have a dynamic approach, with a hands on attitude, leading from the front.

You will have full responsibility of the brassiere style 80 cover restaurant and oversee the private dining for up to 40 covers. Experience of banqueting is also required as this property l is a popular wedding destination venue.

This will be a truly challenging role as the hotel has just come through a major refurbishment and is looking for someone that is strong enough to deliver the level of service that their guests demand.

The salary for this exciting property will be up to £22,000pa,with additional benefits and the opportunity of promotion within a growing national hotel chain.
