Duties include:

Assist in the preparation of Regional Management Accounts and Joint Venture Management Accounts and related reports in accordance with the requirements of Group Finance, JV partners and those co-funders.

Assist in the preparation, review and reporting on Regional Management Accounts, forecasts and budgets.

Maintain the Joint Venture books of account including subsidiary ledgers as appropriate. Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets.

Assist in the control of the region's financial ledgers.

Assist in the investigation and analysis of financial and commercial data as requested by regional management.

Key Activities
Financial Processes

-Support the Regional Finance Manager and Regional Finance Director by assisting in the preparation of financial information in an efficient and timely manner.

-Assist the efficient running of the Finance function by dealing promptly with all documents received, and the achievement of required deadlines against the Finance function timetable.

-Actively support Regional Finance Team management and adapting to the continuous review of financial business tools by flexibility in the use and introduction of such processes.

-Utilise the systems and mechanisms in place to safeguard the company's assets in a disciplined manner.

-Support the Region by dealing with all queries and requests in an efficient and timely manner
