SCENE EXAMINATION BRANCH (FIFE)
The role requires you to carry out forensic examinations at scenes of incidents. You will be required to preserve, locate, record and recover forensic evidence in order to assist with the investigations of incidents. Prepare statements/reports detailing scene examinations and appear as required as a witness at judicial hearings.
It is essential that you are educated to a Higher grade level or above, including a science subject, and hold a full, current driving licence.
It is desirable for you to have a relevant photographic qualification or experience, and to demonstrate experience relevant to the role of scene examiner.
