Are we describing you? If so this could be the chance for you to join us as a part-time Branch Supervisor in one of our Edinburgh Store. Full training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are keen to develop your career by taking your first steps into Food Retail Management. You would be a key member of the Management Team, therefore, required to share responsibility for all aspects of running the store, including:
- Maintain and control CS and store standards, availability and ensure queues are managed effectively.
- Maintain Society policy and procedures for handling customer queries and complaints.
- Coach, train and develop staff to meet the store and business needs and deliver personal development opportunities.
- Undertake the effective planning and implementation of promotions / POS / marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning, implementing and managing promotional and seasonal sales opportunities effectively.
- Maintain an effective monitoring programme of till performances and report any difficulties to store manager.
While you will need to possess a firm grounding in basic retailing, full training will be available. All working arrangements are flexible and subject to alteration in order to suit the needs and requirements of the business.
