Experienced Legal Secretary required to join this market leading city centre Legal firm. Previous Legal experience is desirable although Secretaries with Medical Support experience would also be considered for interview.
This role is working in the Litigation department for the Partner and Fee Earner who deal with Medical negligence cases.
The duties and skills required are :
- Audio typing skills to 60 wpm with high level of accuracy
- Diary management for the Partner and Fee Earner - organising meetings, travel and appointments
- Dealing with client telephone calls efficiently and assist clients calls as much as possible
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel essential
- Strong prioritising and organisational skills in order that the support is efficient
- Administration duties as required.
