The Company
We currently have superb opportunities for you to work on behalf of one of the world’s most exciting companies involved in TV, broadband and telecommunications. You will be based in the south side of Glasgow at the UK’s fastest growing contact centre.
The Role
Your role will be to contact lapsed customers to offer them incentives and remind them of the benefits provided by this company. This will involve building rapport with people, demonstrating empathy with their reasons for ending their contracts and offering reasons why the services are continually developing for the better.
You
You should be a good listener in order to capture important information, be enthusiastic, excited by the prospect of working to targets and building strong relationships with customers.
