The Company
We currently have superb opportunities for you to work on behalf of one of the world’s most exciting companies involved in TV, broadband and telecommunications. You will be based in the south side of Glasgow at the UK’s fastest growing contact centre.
The Role
Your role will involve taking inbound calls from potential customers to advise them of the opportunities they have to make enhancements to their existing package. In order to achieve this you will be trained so you have a detailed knowledge of media relating to sport, movies and more.
You
You should be a good listener in order to capture important information, be enthusiastic, excited by the prospect of working to targets and building strong relationships with customers.
