Anderson Knight is currently working on behalf of a leading insurance broker to find experienced insurance sales consultants for their offices in Glasgow City Centre

The ideal candidate will have a minimum  of 18 months, although ideally 2 years experience in an insurance broker, dealing with sales and renewals of personal lines insurance as the main duties of the role will include handling  renewals, mid term adjustments, cross selling, and up selling insurance policies, mainly in the domestic market. 

A pleasant, professional telephone manner and a determination to succeed is required as a lot of the work involves making outbound calls to clients to explain the features of the products and also how the product can work to their benefit. 

A knowledge of the insurance industry and an understanding of the FSA guidelines for compliance is also essential

Our client is offering a generous salary plus bonus and benefits package including up to £18000k basic salary dependant on experience.
