Motor Claims Advisors Glasgow   To £20k doe plus benefits

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major UK Insurance company, with offices in Glasgow City Centre, for experienced motor insurance claims handlers.

You will have at least 1 years experience within a similar role and will be able to deal confidently with motor claims of all types confidently and in a timely professional manner.

You should be able to demonstrate evidence of negotiating disputed cases gained within an accident management, credit hire or insurance company

Ideal candidates should have strong negotiation skills a competent level of computer skills (including the Internet). be up to date with the legal framework (Financial Ombudsman Services rulings and recent case law) and  Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Regulatory Compliance.

It is also essential you have a thorough knowledge of Claims processes and systems and awareness of fraud indicators.

All applicants should be hard working, have a keen eye for detail, and should also be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
