REED FINANCE are currently representing a well known Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh recruit a qualified solicitor with personal investments and protection experience.
Responsibilities
To provide legal and technical advice and assistance in connection with the Group’s personal investment and protection products. To give advice and assistance in the resolution of disputes involving these.
Responsibilities include:
· To assist in the development of personal investment and protection products within the business including advising on forms and other literature and drafting policy documentation and other documents that support the product range
· Monitor and advise the business in respect of legal change as it applies to personal investment and protection products – both group and individual
Essential:
· Proven track record in a similar role, post qualification
· Qualified solicitor or advocate/barrister in Scotland or England
· Knowledge of the law as it applies to the business but with major areas of particular relevance to the Group (e.g. personal investment, protection, personal tax and trusts).
