Position: Procurement Administrator

Due to an increase in workloads an excellent opportunity has arisen within our client's well established Global Organisation based in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. They are seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis of 3 months minimum with the opportunity to gain permanent employment.

Based within their modern and attractive offices you will be supporting the Procurement Manager and your role as Procurement Administrator will encompass the following:

-Processing purchase orders
-Assisting with pricing queries
-General upkeep and maintenance of purchase order system
-Assist in expediting orders and goods received
-Other task will include general administrative duties such as filing, copying and binding
-Arrange meetings and liaise with relevant parties concerned

It is essential that applicant has previous working practice within a procurement role. You will be proficient in MS Office and MUST have working knowledge of Oracle. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised with strong attention to detail. Applicants will be comfortable meeting deadlines and working on own initiative.
