We require an Administrator to work in our prestigious Glasgow office.
Job Description:
- Typing large quantities of CV’s.
- Other typing includes letters, tenders, job specs and any adhoc typing required.
- Input of candidate / client information onto company database including scanning info.
- Designing and distribution of mail shots (electronic and paper copy).
- Assist with preparing, opening and distribution of mail.
- General office duties: envelope stuffing, filing, photocopying, stationery / supplies ordering, courier ordering and general errand running
You will ideally have previous administration experience and be used to working within a busy environment.
