Customer Service & Training Manager

Glasgow   £25,000 per Annum

Our client is seeking a Training Manager to be based in their site in Glasgow City Centre

Accountabilities

- Conduct operational training, preparing new starters and existing employees with company standards, operational objectives and systems training.
- To deliver workshops to continually improve and refresh employees skills
- Establish, via training needs analysis, exactly what the learning need is and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide training to staff either in group sessions or 1 2 1
- Maintain strong business relationships, to understand, challenge and respond to needs of the business, while proactively influencing them to embrace and use alternative approaches
- Develop and implement pro-active information to enable the operation to deliver improved performance, with faster turnaround

Essentials

- Previous experience of delivering training in a target driven operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable planning and organisational skills
- Excellent coaching and mentoring sills
- Dynamic and motivational
