Search are currently recruiting for a prestigious Financial Services client with a requirement for a Client Services Team Manager in Glasgow.

This role is a core people and process delivery role reporting to Senior Management within Operations supporting defined, often customary, processes and functional operational activity within broking and private client areas of the business.

You must have a background in Financial Services and possess good numerical and analytical skills gained in a Client Services and Administration environment and a positive can do attitude, combined with strong attention to detail and awareness of current market issues. You will have strong experience of Managing a team of up to 10 people completing all HR tasks including coaching, appraisals and performance development and be able to show this.
