Search's specialist Financial Services Division are currently recruiting for a highly prestigious client with a requirement for Team Manager's in their Glasgow operation.

You will be responsible and accountable for managing a team responsible for delivering service excellence through the achievement of high performance levels. You will ensure the department is adequately resourced through effective management of capacity and volume, whist acting as a referral point to team members, clients and key stakeholders.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

* Ensuring consistent measures in place across multiple platforms and all key and quality indicators evolve in line with the growth of the business.
* Implementing productivity measures and set the benchmarks appropriate to the team's knowledge and capability and ensure that all service level agreements are maintaining or improved.
* Working to ensure that all team members have the correct training and tools to undertake duties to the highest standards
*Assisting in the management, creation, communication and implementation of business change initiative in a professional and positive manner.
* Managing nad leading the team to achieve service excellence in their area. Leading by example, ensuring the teams awareness
* Conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews, delivering strong and clear messages, ensuring completion of all documentation required and identifying training needs.
* Ensuring consistent management of succession planning.

You must possess the following skills and attributes;

* Strong leadership and people management skills,
* experience of coaching and developing member of staff.
* Management experience or the ability to manage a team of up to 10 people.
* completing all HR tasks including performance development, attendance, departmental procedures and risk.
* Financial Services experience is desirable with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
