We are looking for highly experienced, dynamic and forward thinking Team Managers, preferably with a background in Financial Services, however very strong People Managers from other industries may be considered. You must be able to manage teams of 10-20 people within a process heavy environment and conduct all HR related tasks including Appraisals, Performance Reviews, Coaching Sessions, Succession Planning, Identifying Training Needs, Personal Development Plans, Attendance Monitoring, Disciplinary Proceedings etc.
