City centre based professional services firm require experienced administrators to expand their growing team.
You must be able to touch type using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and the Internet proficiently.

General duties will include attending group meetings, taking ownership for own workload, working as part of a team. You will be required to input data, deal with reports / spreadsheets, compile information for assessment and deal with any queries that arise within the department. You will report into the Team Manager.

You must have excellent oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail, as well as having the ability to digest and manipulate data drawing conclusions and generating objective recommendations.

Must be able to operate within strict timescales and meet deadlines, with the capacity to adapt to changing requirements as necessary.

Interviews and start dates are IMMEDIATE.

Office hours of work Monday - Friday.
