Due to continued expansion and success in securing a number of major new build and refurbishment projects a leading multi disciplinary organisation with offices across the UK are currently looking to recruit Architectural Technicians to join their offices in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will be educated to a minimum HNC qualification in an Architectural subject or equivalent. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience and possess proven interpersonal skills. A high level of AutoCAD literacy is essential.
The role involves working closely with architects on our building design and construction management teams to:
- ensuring that the right materials are used
- the building meets building regulations and other legal requirements
- monitor quality assurance, cost and the meeting of deadlines
