The Glasgow Housing Association Limited (GHA) took ownership of Glasgow's 82,000 council homes in March 2003. With an investment budget of £1.4 billion, GHA has an ambitious and radical regeneration programme which will transform the living conditions and opportunities for families and communities within Glasgow.
GHA is introducing new quality management systems in order to embed continuous improvement across the organisation and to ensure a consistently excellent service for our customers. 2 Posts per annum Granite House, 177 Trongate, Glasgow, G1 5HF
As Project Manager, you will provide expert and technical input in the development and delivery of GHA corporate programmes and projects including, but not limited to, housing and customer services, finance, regeneration, human resources and strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the full life-cycle of projects from start-up to hand-over and implementation. A current Prince 2 accreditation with a minimum three years' experience is essential. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing a variety of corporate projects in a MS Windows based environment. Experience of working and managing projects in the housing sector would be an advantage.
GHA offers exceptional conditions of service including 27 days annual leave and 13 public holidays. Flexible working hours are between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
