We are currently recruiting a Branch Manger for the Glasgow office, joining their continued expansion.
You will be responsible for all aspects of branch, including customer service, developing people.
Previous management experience is essential and candidates with knowledge of running a vehicle rental operation.
In order to be successful, you will be able to demonstrate that you possess:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive people management and team building experience.
Possess a proven track record in resolving team or individual underperformance issues.
Ability to create a positive and effective working environment which encourages innovation and good performance.
Previous management experience essential.
