Our client is an exciting global service company working in complex markets across the world. As part of this company's ongoing commitment to enhancing its extensive operations in Glasgow, Rise Group is recruiting for 5 experienced people-managers to continue developing this high-profile business.
As one of the new Team Managers, you will take responsibility for around 10 people in the provision of one of a variety of effective administrative services to internal client groups in both the UK and internationally. You will supervise the delivery of an excellent service to company-specific performance standards and in accordance with regulatory requirements, managing your team through ongoing positive change periods.
Whatever your industry experience, you are likely to have worked in a complex back-office environment in a regulatory industry such as financial services, telecoms or utilities. A passion for inspiring teams to excel and a repulsion to performance failure will be natural in you as will be the ability to pioneer initiatives and make change work for you.
