This FMCG company based in Livingston are looking for a part qualified accountant for a newly created role. With great potential for progression as well as being an ideal role to get your logbook signed off, this really is a superb opportunity for the right candidate. Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties will include:
- General ledger reconciliations
- Month end management accounts
- P&L reports
- Cashflows
- Variance analysis
- Budgeting and ongoing comparisons of actuals -vs- budget
- Accruals & prepayments
- Journal entries
- Standard Costing
This is a role that would suit someone in the 2nd stage of their qualification, and actively studying. Previous management accounting experience in a high volume manufacturing or ideally a FMCG environment is essential.
