A Major Civil Engineering client are looking for a Senior Buyer to join a large company at a senior level with the view to managing within a short period of time.

The successful candidate will be pro-active & professional individual who wishes to progress within the procurement field in the Utility sector. The right candidate will also be motivated to manage & expand a department within a reasonable timeframe . Duties will include agreeing contracts, negotiations, and final accounts.

You will join a team of 5 contract specialists alongside the procurement manager and you will be controlling projects up to the value of £50M. Day to day projects can value from 500k-20M. This company are involved in projects including water, highways, bridges and infrastructure work

The role comes with a fantastic salary of between 35k-45k basic + Car Allowance, 20% bonus, share equity options, pension and healthcare.
