s1 launched in 2001 and is already one of Scotland’s strongest brands with a monthly reach of 1 million people primarily living and working in Scotland.    Our vision is simple:  To be the best-known and most useful Scottish media brand in the digital environment.

The successful candidate will take over responsibility for the 20 strong Digital Sales Team of the Year (2007 Scottish Media Awards), and a current £10m + revenue stream.      

To be considered you must have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the way in which digital technologies are reshaping the media landscape and the ability to engage at a strategic level.  Your experience will include:

Leading sales teams (Media Sales an advantage)

Developing and delivering strategic goals

Change Management

Performance Management

And finally….. you must genuinely enjoy working in a fast-moving, highly innovative environment where creative thinking is both valued and expected.
