The Role:

Senior project management role is due to become vacant due to expansion. A highly specialised position requiring thorough Retail surveying and acquisitions expertise both from out in the field and through market knowledge of ongoing developments in the sector.

Operational awareness, ability to negotiate, combined with strong multi project  management experience is essential but this must be within a store acquisitions or disposal remit.

This position requires ability to co-ordinate involvement of many varied Retail and HO functions. Your attention to detail will be sound, you will also have to prove your ability to problem solve and adapt to ever changing deadlines but you MUST have strong retail Commercial property experience to be considered.

Who we’re looking for:

Applications are invited only from candidates with a Surveying, Commercial Retail Property Agency or Commercial Developers.  Also of interest could be those already working in-house with one of the large food-multiples on a role requiring site acquisition.

Package:

Dependant upon scale of experience and calibre. Circa £40K plus exceptional benefits
