An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a city centre office for a minimum of a 6 month contract. The suitable candidate MUST have ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF ACCESS, including having the ability to set up queries and reports. you should also have good administration skills. Access test will be set up at the time of the interview.
The role is working along side the Grants division; you will be actively participating in the business support team and may also be required to cover reception on a Rota basis.
Candidates must have experience of collating and disseminating information, previous work experience in a multi-functional office ideally within both statutory and voluntary sectors.
You will have excellent organisation skills as with the ability to work as part of a team, on own initiative, to be pro-active, able to work under pressure and be committed to continuous improvement.
The post will sometimes require work to be undertaken during evenings and weekends. A willingness to work unsocial hours is essential.
