My client is a large, well respected shipping organisation based in Govan. They have an urgent requirement for a strong administrator/customer services executive.
The remit for this role is to develop and up keep policies and procedures for the customer service team. You will provide a high level of customer service to key parties, process sales invoices and assist with credit control. General administration, attending important meetings and project work will also be part of this position.
The successful candidate will have previously worked in an administration role, have excellent IT skills and an understanding of the engineering sector. Strong customer service skills, an ability to develop relationships and good organisation skils are also crucial. Ideally you will also have some experience of invoicing or credit control systems.
