A relatively new company, wholly owned within a large and well renowned group of companies, specialising in providing a complete estate management service, are seeking to recruit an experienced CDM Manager to report directly to the Operations Manager. The primary objective of the role is to develop and control the CDM activities of the business and the supply chain across projects throughout Scotland.

SALARY - £34,000 to £44,000 (DOE)

KEY TASKS

-Maintaining and implementing CDM competency within the company.
-Controlling the CDM projects register across the region.
-Liaison with CDM co-ordinators and customers representatives during all project stages.
-Auditing the supply chain and projects for compliance with the CDM Regulations.
-Training and awareness of CDM within the company, and the supply chain.
-Development and implementation of the CDM improvement plan.

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

-Background in construction.
-Experience of working in project management and construction design.
-NEBOSH qualification.
-IOSH membership.
-Detailed knowledge of CDM.
-Background in managing construction projects.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
