£15,912 – £35,196 (BAR at top PO2 £31,812)

Working here in Property Services, your role will see you providing Strathclyde Police with a professional technical support service for all CDM regulations, Asbestos Management, Legionella monitoring and the provision of the Disability Discrimination Act. As well as staying on top of all health and safety issues relating to property matters, you’ll also find yourself liaising closely with senior managers and Divisional Commanders when it comes to organising all work carried out on properties. AS well as a degree in a relevant building discipline, you’ll need to have sound technical knowledge and exposure to all aspects of CDM, gained within the building industry. (Ref R74/08/S1)
