A unique opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a thriving company in the Falkirk area. This position is a 10 month contract to cover Maternity Leave.
Duties will include:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash
- VAT Reconciliation
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- All office administration
- Dealing with invoices
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar position and be familiar with Quick Books, Excel and MS Word.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am – 5pm
