Search's client is a market leader in its field and are renowned for challenging the status quo. Due to a recent restructure, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced Business/Reporting Analyst

As a Reporting & Data Analyst you will to provide analysis of customer/supplier activity and behaviour in relation to billing, payment, collection and commission related processes, to identify behavioural trends as well as system and process weaknesses and improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Analysing performance, trends and behaviours of key financial processes
Designing and producing a department Key Performance Indicator's ('KPI's) reporting pack
Identifying areas of improvement and cost reduction in process or internal controls across billing, collection, and commission systems, including information exchange with external customers and suppliers
Providing on-going support to business and project teams, acting as a business expert and department representative for operational and financial processes
Evaluating the cost & benefit of planned projects, ensuring it is adding value
Maintaining a detailed understanding of Operational Finance systems and processes
For success in this role, we would need you to have:
Strong proven experience of reporting and data analysis within a Financial background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internal departments and external parties
Good Organisational skills, balancing demands with an ability to work on your own initiative
Excellent presentation skills and process interpretation skills
