A government body is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to provide an effective administration service to the office.

This is a full time temporary position based at South Gyle.

Duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Recording and dealing with  incoming and outgoing mail and files
  • Maintaining and updating databases accurately
  • Collating statistics, data entry and producing spreadsheets
  • Dealing with members of the public and other professionals

The successful applicant will:

  • Have previous administration experience
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Be available immediately
