Financial Accountant, LivingstonLivingston   £30000 - £35000 per annum + Bonus and excellent benefits package

Martin Ward Anderson's client, a global services organisation, is seeking to recruit a motivated and ambitious accountant for a newly created role.

A technical accounting role - primary responsibilities include:
·Producing monthly P& L trend and variance analysis
·Balance Sheet reconciliations
·Ensuring compliance with SOX and statutory requirements
·Assisting with the preparation of annual statutory accounts and tax packs
·Ensure tight financial controls are maintained across assigned general ledgers.

You will a finalist or recently qualified accountant with knowledge of both UK and US GAAP, excellent spreadsheet skills and a sound understanding of statutory accounting regulations and financial controls. You should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong teamwork ethos.
