Supporting the Secretarial team, duties include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Mail distribution
- Photocopying, Filing, Faxing
- Archiving (maintain)
- Monitor and order required stationary
- Assisting with typing of documents and general correspondence
- Assisting with invoices (training provided)
- Ad hoc duties requested by team
Candidates will have gained basic administration experience and be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It is essential that candidates have good communication skills and be willing to undertake any task set.
