Reflecting the Association's continued growth we are now looking to recruit a Tenant & Community Engagement Officer to support in delivering this service.

CHA's approach to tenant and community engagement is evolving and we are seeking to ensure that it is embedded in everything that we do. Reporting to the Social Economy Regeneration Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of the Association's Tenant & Community Engagement service. In planning and delivering the service you will work closely with our tenants, our Registered Tenants' and Residents' Associations and our communities to develop true tenant and community participation and engagement.
As a key part of the Association's putting tenants first' ethos you will provide an advocacy and support role to our tenants as we seek to become an anchor organisation within our communities.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with residents and community groups in a similar capacity and will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work evenings as required. Organised and thorough with a customer focused approach, you will have the ability to manage a diverse and heavy workload and will ideally possess a relevant professional qualification.
Working with customers and community groups can pose many different challenges so you will need to be persistent and a quick thinker who is able to respond effectively to changing situations.
