Part Time BookkeeperGlasgow   £25,000

A  position has arisen for a part time bookkeeper to work for a businessman in Glasgow City Centre. Working within a small team at an arts venue, you will have full responsibility for book keeping and payroll. The successful candidate will work 3 days per week from 9am - 5pm (no weekends). Salary of up to 25k pro rata is offered.

Duties as follows;

- Responsible for sales and purchase ledger (approx 100pcm)
- Nominal ledger up to trial balance
- VAT
- Liasing with relevant authorities
- Costing jobs
- Manual payroll (5 people on a monthly basis)
- General administration duties
- Experience of Applemac and Mind Your Own Business would be advantageous but not essential

You will be fully experienced in all duties as listed above and be able to work on your own without supervision. First rate interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
