Security Supervisors
£18-20k (depending on experience) + benefits
The SECC require two experienced security supervisors to join their In-house team currently a mixture of directly employed and contractor staff. This is a diverse and demanding hands-on security role and candidates must therefore possess the necessary qualities required to lead and develop our In-house team.
Hours of work are dictated by the operational requirements of the Centre and shift work will be required. this role also provides cover for the SECC control room.
It is essential that applicants possess the following:
Substantial supervisory experience in a similar role;
Excellent customer service skills
Team leadership and coaching skills.
Previous experience of working with contract security;
A totally flexible approach to duties
Door supervisors SIA license
Control room experience and an SIA CCTV licence would be an advantage but not essential.
