Glasgow South East Regeneration Agency (GSERA) is a dynamic organisation dedicated to the regeneration of South East Glasgow with locations in Gorbals, Govanhill, East Pollokshields, Toryglen and Castlemilk.

We are seeking staff to complement the work of our Employability & Learning Team which works to provide people with skills and solutions that will help them get back to work. The main focus is on working with clients who find it harder to get work i.e. those aged over 50, people on Incapacity Benefit, Lone Parents and those from the BME community.

We are looking for experienced trainers with a proven track record of working with unemployed people and knowledge of careers guidance. You should be able to design and deliver innovative and creative approaches to training which will raise the aspirations, confidence and motivation of our clients and help them reach their full potential. 

For all posts we are looking for staff who are enthusiastic, committed and flexible with an understanding of welfare to work issues.  These posts are funded by the European Social Fund.

Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced Disclosure Scotland check.  

*A pay and grading review is currently underway, as a consequence this salary may change.
