“Big 4” firm with impressive track record of achievement in Scotland seek a high calibre transaction support expert to join their international transactions team based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The firm continue to thrive and are handling a number of high profile deals at present with a strong pipeline meaning a sustained busy period during uncertain economic times. As a result they are seeking an academically strong individual to get involved in client engagement leading to IPO, complex due diligence and big ticket transactions assignments. You will be currently working with another national accounting firm in a corporate finance role, working within corporate banking or within a commercial finance function of a larger commercial business – you will either be operating at manager level or be an experienced executive seeking their first step into management.
