Property ManagerGlasgow   £23000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for our client, a highly successful property management company, who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a large portfolio of properties and compliment an already successful team.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in property management and office management.

Candidates should be well presented, punctual, highly organised, be able to manage their own diary and motivate their staff as well as:

- Manage the clients residential properties
- Promote the company name by offering excellent customer relations
- Work to deadlines
- Provide excellent service
- Deal with any issues
- Ensure all issues are dealt with promptly
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Promote repeat business
