Senior Consultant PFI/PPPGlasgow   £35000 - £40000 per annum + Car All, 26 days, mobile, laptop, bonus

In this role you will be specialising in Independent Certifying for PPP/PFI projects.  As one of the market leaders in this industry you can expect to gain exposure to some of the largest and prestigious projects in the sector.
 
For this position you can expect to be involved in the following duties:
 
-         Working on behalf of both the client and the contractor ensuring that projects are built to client specification and as agreed on contract
-         Liaising with both parties: Client and Contractor developing relationships to ensure a smooth running project
-         Audit and monitor progress of work
-         Review and comment on commissioning and testing programmes
-         Snagging Matters
-         Signing and Issuing acceptance certificates
-         Mentoring and advising junior level staff in the area
