Duties include:
Working in reception: taking calls, diverting and transferring customers, taking messages, sorting incoming and outgoing post, providing hospitality to guests and any other reception duties.
Administration; data entry, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing and other related tasks.
Candidates must have at least 3 - 6 months experience of working in an office environment using MS Office packages, you must also be flexible, organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Thursday & 8.30am to 4pm on Friday.
Due to the location of my client it is advisable that candidates have their own transport.
