Project/Team Manager – Operations Housing

NRG’s client is a successful social enterprise that provides training, employment and regeneration services for individuals and communities across Scotland and the North of England.
They require an experienced manager to be responsible for the day-to-day activity of the Home Safety & Security project, and for ensuring that the services are delivered efficiently, on time and within budget. You will have the ability to manage all resources, devise and co-ordinate work plans and establish effective links with funders, local agencies, networks and communities. You will have first class management skills, with substantial experience of working to set performance standards.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Behaviours:
- Proven leadership/management and motivational skills
- Experience of budgetary and stock control
- Flexibility in approach and thinking
- Ability to communicate well at all levels (verbal and written communications)
- Organisational and planning skills
- IT literate, with experience in using Excel or similar
- Current driving licence
