One of our top clients in Livingston are currently looking to recruit 3 members to join their existing team.
Duties will include processing of high volume invoicing, requesting appropriate paperwork from suppliers and answering telephone and email inquiries.
You may also be expected to be involved in month end accruals and supplier statement reconciliations.
Previous experience within an accounts department dealing with high volume work is essential. Full time hours
All roles within this company commence on a temporary basis, however, for the right people the opportunity to become a permanent team member is possible.
