Our client is looking for experience PL assistants to join their very busy team. 

Duties and responsibilities to include

Ensuring that supplier invoices are processed accurately and on a timely basis, queries are resolved efficiently and suppliers accounts are maintained up-to-date.

To develop  relationships with 

Suppliers, Local Site Personnel, Purchasing Department, General Ledger Department.

Processing invoices on a daily basis

Understanding invoice types, purchase definitions, and internal coding structure.

Maintaining Supplier coding specifics

Maintaining a clean alpha split

Dealing with supplier queries

Liasing with internal and external staff regards any invoice queries

Supplier statement reconciliations

Ensuring month end deadlines are met

Keeping filing up to date

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION OR SKILLS

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Be proactive, with strong problem solving skills

Experience within a multi-location environment a plus

Systems

Oracle Financials

Microsoft Excel
