Purpose of the role:

To take ownership of allocated assignments in a way that meets and exceeds the clients' expectations while taking responsibility for managing and developing staff.

Main responsibilities:

·     attends client meetings, facilitates negotiations and develops business case

·     conducts risk modelling and statistical analysis

·     provides advice on the financial aspects of a PFI / PPP procurement process

·     financial evaluation of tenders and advises on contract issues with a financial element
·     reviews financial models and provides accounting opinions

·     contributes to the development of Company's GIA team methodology and market 

   knowledge through involvement in technical and / or sector-based taskforces.

·     clients may from time to time require additional support in delivering their projects, which may include

   project planning and management of the procurement administrative processes

·     responsible for managing client relationships

·     builds and maintains good working relationships with colleagues and manages relationships with key 

   clients.

·     motivates and coaches team members and provides feedback through regular communication and

   timely appraisal

·     actively involved in office marketing events and an ambassador of the firm.

·     communication and timely appraisals whilst being familiar with relevant training and development

   options. 

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • 2 - 3 years post qualified experience
  • Accomplished at report writing
  • Capable of developing outline business cases, consultancy, bid support, evaluating tendors, negotiation and review of models

  • Has positive personal impact with colleagues and clients, speaks clearly and persuasively in presentations to internal audiences and writes in an engaging manner, contributing to complex proposals
  • Understands and communicates full range of firm's products/services, understands client needs and negotiates and closes sales as appropriate
  • Demonstrates broad technical knowledge in own client service area and develops solutions to increasingly complex technical issues
