The Repairs Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for the management, monitoring and supervision of Link’s responsive repairs service through two regional contracts valued at approximately £2M in total.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the construction industry with demonstrable experience of repairs service contracts based on schedule of rates or a Technical or Building qualification and Project Management experience.
