Collections TrainerGlasgow   Up to £23,000 depending on experience

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are the UK's leading third party Financial Services Administrator. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collections Trainer to be based in there expanding flagship Glasgow office. You will join a rapidly growing collections team and your main role will be to train, develop and coach new and existing employees.

You will have a strong Financial Services background and a training background to be short-listed for this role. Collections/Credit management experience is a must.  

Duties include:

• Training new starters
• Creating and delivering successful training sessions
• Liaise with management to improve training programmes
• Offer one to one training and monitor progress
• Provide feedback on successes within the department

Must have skills:

• Financial Services experience
• Learning and development experience
• Some management experience
• Credit management/collections experience

You will need to have a positive and proactive attitude and show a passion for learning and development to be successful within this role. You will also be creative and have a warm and approachable nature.

The ability to communicate at all levels clearly and effectively is essential and you will have a willingness to learn and understand the companies business.
